Entire first floor of the house which has two light and airy bedrooms, and an open plan kitchen/dining/ lounge room. Sorry no children older than 2.5 years and younger than 12 years old. Large area of secure parking for 4WD sized vehicle or small caravan. Also a large grassed road verge for visitor parking and your car parking if you are towing.
