The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

Set in an idyllic three acres of rolling countryside near Dawlish, Leat Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, a great base from which to explore the south west or an inspiring retreat to write or paint. A warm welcome awaits you to a cosy cottage set in stunning rural surroundings and only a 45 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to Dawlish, 15-20 minute drive to Teignmouth or 25 minute drive to Exeter. The Barn is a beautiful 2 bed accommodation with upside down living in a quiet rural village with exceptional views over the valley. There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside, then to relax & finish the day off on the balcony watching the sun go down. It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.
