Hello! Come stay at the Lightfoot Horse Farm Guest House! We are located twenty minutes outside of Chico, in the rural community of Cohasset. Here you’ll find a working horse farm with ten horses, lots of open space to roam about, a yoga deck, and a peaceful little abode in which to get a quiet's night sleep. It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out. Please contact host if interested in booking the backyard studio for an additional nightly cost.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
