Great house. Host was responsive and helpful. House is very close to the mountain. We had 10 people in the house and there was plenty of room. Overall great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. EV charging was available which was very convenient.

This is such a lovely place! Close to lots of ski areas, just down the road from a great hiking trail, filled with nice amenities (hot tub, table tennis, well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture), and lots of room to spread out. Only downside I can think of is the road noise from the nearby highway, but the white-noise machines do a good job of removing any bother from that. If you need a convenient and comfy home base for an active getaway, this place is hard to beat!

Our stay was great. Just as pictured. The staff on the property were super friendly and kind. Very close to Sunday River for a ski weekend. The fire pits were a plus. We would stay again. 10/10

We were excited to find Nancy’s place last minute on a very busy holiday weekend. It is very close to Burke mountain for skiing and very close to the cute little town of East Burke. The house has everything for a comfortable stay away and enough space for us all to relax after skiing. We definitely recommend this cozy home!

Easy to find, right on the ski slope, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and saunas. Shower water was sometimes cold, other times worked fine or was really hot. The room was perfect and owner was responsive. I would stay here again, especially during ski season.

I was looking for a place to watch the leaves change for the month of October and I found it. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is more spacious than I thought and the views are even more spectacular in person. Access to all parts of Lake Willoughby and room for two distinct groups or families with upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and a midlevel with open concept kitchen, living and dining areas and a full bath and washer/dryer. It is COMPLETELY stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. Incredibly peaceful and I hope I am lucky enough to visit again.

A very comfortable space in a great location to access the White Mountains. We (and our dogs) had a fantastic time. Kevin made the whole process easy. We'd be happy to stay again any time.

Had our annual family vacation and ski trip at Sunday River and this house was perfect for us. Had 9 bedrooms and the downstairs is amazing. Huge kitchen, big areas on either side of the house for everyone to hang out and play games. The house is less than a mile from the ski dropoff which made it great for us. Colin was very responsive and helpful. Great host and amazing space for a big group.

We loved the easy access to snowmobiling trails! Home was well stocked and had lots of fun things to do! Space was even bigger than we thought it would be from the pictures. Lindsay was very helpful and responsive and made sure the house was plenty warm for our single digit temperatures.

This home is so beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was easy to find and staying here was the highlight of my family and I’s Christmas. The photos do not do it justice because it is even more beautiful in person. Small confusion with check out times so last day was a bit of a surprise rush, but Brendon is easy to communicate with, he’s so responsive and very very helpful. We cannot wait to stay here again.

Sally was extremely responsive when it came to communication, and her binder gives you everything you could possibly need to know about not only the house but the whole area in general. She is an amazing host

Matt went above and beyond with his communication and helpfulness during booking, during our stay, and even after when I’m looking to rebook again. He was flexible hands-on right there when you needed them. If you want a place to stay right on the snowmobile trails the spot is fabulous.

Exactly as pictured- beautiful getaway with peaceful backyard. Really enjoyed all the space my dog had to play outside. Loved using the projector for movie night and the bed was very comfy. Make a trip to dog mountain if you stay here, the trails were gorgeous!!

We loved our visit! Rene's home was super comfortable and clean. It was close to several ski mountains that we got to take advantage of. It was really lovely getting to stay there and we'd love to visit again! Thank you, Rene!

Great spot right near the trails. Loved riding out , ending up at town after a full day and cooking in the stream. Tiki hut lunch and then an easy bike back to the house. This is what kingdom is about.

Beautiful farmhouse perfect for large families or private gatherings. Rustic yet updated modern home that was very well maintained. Loved the kitchen and large dining room table.
