I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! Highly recommend this hidden gem. Felt right at home; house was cozy and the beds were so comfortable! Leslie was kind and responsive, though we had no troubles so didn’t need much after check in. Views from the GIANT deck were excellent and the hot tub was simply delightful. The trees were gorgeous and provided plenty of privacy. Will absolutely return our next time back to Durango.

We went to celebrate my 30th birthday and had the BEST time!! It was 5 of us and we all felt very comfortable and had more than enough space. We absolutely loved our time and cannot wait to go back!!

I generally rent another airbnb in BV, but changed it up for this visit. And I was extremely pleased! Beautiful, spacious & peaceful rental that was a great value to enjoy all things in BV and the surrounding area. I loved the balcony that faced west for quiet mornings, sunny afternoons & stargazing at nite. Very responsive hosts. I look forward to my next stay. I know you will too!

Excellent property in a beautiful and quiet location. Just what we needed for an early spring getaway. Would love to return in the summer to take advantage of lake activities right at the doorstep! Everything was truly excellent.

Very cozy home, with lovely town close by. My family and I absolutely loved this stay, very private and quiet. Amazing view from the kitchen too! The neighbor was also very friendly and lended us a small fire pit and some wood 😊

This was our family's 2nd stay at this property, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again. The location is very private and secluded, with beautiful views everywhere you look. You're only a few minutes from Great Sand Dunes Nat'l Park, and about a 30-ish minute drive to the hot spring pool. The house is quite large and provided private spaces for each of the 5 of us. The large kitchen has every amenity. There is a "no shoes inside" policy at this property, which is not an issue at all, and the carpet and flooring stay clean. The roads in the neighborhood are not paved, and are perfect for taking long walks where you might spot deer, rabbits and dozens of hummingbirds.
