Sitting on a 2 acre plateau near the top of Triangle mount, our walk-out suite in a garden in the quiet of a forest, is above local shops, beaches, Hatley Castle, Thetis lake, and a 30 min drive to downtown Victoria. Ideal for those who want a retreat or need a central location of the greater Victoria area. Perfect to explore the west coast or the city! Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from private entrance with keypad entry. Dogs are allowed with a $20 charge per dog per night, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above, you might hear toddler footsteps.

Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

The Everett Suite is nearly 600 sq. ft of "Gorgeous". Bright room with lots of windows. Hand crafted furniture by a master craftsman, are evident throughout this room. From the two sided wood burning fireplace, to the cedar bathroom, to the spectacular King size sleigh bed. A large sitting area, private jacuzzi tub, well equipped kitchenette (including: fridge, microwave/convection oven, toaster, kettle, coffee french press) . Also 32" cable TV, WIFI and access to a lit and covered BBQ.

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.
