Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

A lovely quaint 300 year old cottage in the small village of Combeinteignhead Strong Covid cleaning protocol. A beautiful appointed kitchen/diner with low beamed ceiling.Lounge has original oak beams and wood stove. Bedroom with 4 poster bed and one double bedroom Bed settee in the living room. Shower and claw foot bath. Private parking is available directly outside the cottage. The courtyard at the back has furniture for outside dining. Two well behaved dogs allowed with prior agreement.

Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

The Workshop - for explorers! Coast & Countryside

The Workshop is a self contained unique studio style conversion. Set in the heart of the countryside in a small rural village close to the sea & moors. Paddle on the river, stroll on the beach or to the local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has parking x1, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom/lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Away from the crowds, our Comfortable fully self contained well equipped lodge is set in a beautiful quiet Devon village close to the sea and Moors. The accommodation offers privacy and the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. With good views over the river Teign its an ideal getaway with lots of nearby walks and the coast to explore. Situated in 1/2 acre of beautiful private grounds in the Devon village of Combeinteignhead overlooking the River Teign. The hut was completed in 2021 and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Features a brand new kitchen shower room & electric woodburner. Outside there is a wood fired hot tub and various seating areas.
