Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

Nestled by snowmobile trails, minutes from Highland Mountain Bike Park, Canterbury country club, and the historic Shaker Village. Unwind in nature's embrace. December-February can be icy. Winter tire or 4x4 vehicle recommended.

The Lady Grand at Northfield

Comfy, Private, First Floor Appartment. Self Check-In, Parking New England vacation rental within walking distance to our scenic historic main street. Centrally located to bike parks, white water park, numerous skiing and hiking options. In an hour's drive, it is possible to be at the shore, in the mountains or one of our great cities! Our guest suite has a private entrance to a mud room and is fully furnished, full kitchen and bath and can sleep up to 6 people.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

Bright ‘n Cozy Cottage in Concord

The Cottage is attached to our 1880 New Englander. We live right next door to the Cottage with our two pups. You will have the entire guest suite to yourself. Enter through the door off of the deck. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor and the bathroom is located between the first and second floors. One bedroom has a full-size mattress and the other has two twin beds.
