The Conesus Sunset Cottage is located on the east side of the lake for breathtaking sunsets you can enjoy from the upper deck, the large dock or under the covered firepit area. Perfect for a couples get a way or family of 6 Boat dock available if you want to bring your boat or jet skis. Boat rentals are available nearby. The finger lakes wineries are a short drive from Rochester. We are also a 25 minute drive to Letchworth State Park. Wegmans grocery store within 5 miles from the house.

Gezellig means cozy, warm and friendly in Dutch! Just what you'll find when relaxing and enjoying the view in studio apartment across the street from our lakefront home on Conesus. Close to Letchworth State Park, wineries/breweries, SUNY Geneseo, hiking, Rochester museums/tours and other Finger Lakes attractions. Kayaks available, lakeside lounge chairs with firepit, private patio overlooking wooded lot. Now with updated WIFI! All welcome; owner speaks English, Dutch and German.

Our cozy abode is a single-family, multi-level home with about 1100 sqft of comfort spread over 1 bedroom, 2 baths, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen, and lots of bathroom space. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and dresser. The loft area has a twin-size daybed with a trundle and tall dresser. With a breathtaking view of the lake, our cottage provides for a great weekend of fun, family, nature, and most importantly - relaxation - for the entire family.

Perfect location to take in the beauty of Conesus Lake! Our centrally located, tri-level house is adorned by two lake-side decks (one off Master Bedroom & one off of Living/Dining area). Enjoy your coffee (or wine) while gazing at the sparkling lake. Want to relax down by the water? We a waterside deck & private dock for your use! Don't have your own water craft? Rent one locally! Open floor plan & large dining table make this perfect for large family/friend gatherings.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
