You are completely secluded from the hustle and bustle, yet only 25 minutes away from the city centre, 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from three championship golf courses. Take long strolls in the vineyards right from your back door, or just enjoy the mountain views from your private garden. The house is spacious (145sqm) and quiet, with views from every window, and is flooded with natural light. Exposed brick walls show the history of the cottage that used to be stables in the 1700’s and formed part of the original Hope Of Constantia farm. The cottage is serviced weekly with a full clean and change of linen. The garden is also serviced weekly, unless otherwise requested. Access all areas in the cottage including kitchen, living room, study, bedrooms, a private garden, as well as full access to the surrounding farm. There is also a secure garage for parking your car and the house is fully-alarmed. This cottage is situated in a gated private lane with four other homes where the other residents value their peace and tranquility. You are welcome to explore the surrounding area but please respect the residents' privacy. The owners of the cottage live just 100m away with their dog Rafiki. Best would be to rent a car as this allows easy access to the more secluded parts of the peninsula. But if you prefer to take a taxi there are private companies that you can use or make use of Uber. We provide coffee and tea for our guests, as well as a simple breakfast for your first morning at the cottage. Groceries can be purchased in advance of your arrival at an additional fee. Riverside

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.

The cottage has all you need, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and a patio that opens up onto the garden and pool which you are welcome to use. This is a perfect space if you are on business or on holiday. We are close to shopping centre's, the vineyards and greenbelt. This cottage is not suitable for children or toddlers.

Kai Cottage is a contemporary, stylish, light & relaxing space located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Constantia Hills. It is a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment with a shower bathroom, a well-fitted kitchen, a comfy lounge and a private balcony/garden courtyard. It is best suited for professionals and couples. It is an open plan area, therefore recommended for a maximum of 2 adults.
