Warnica in 1900, this spectacular property was the recipient of the Heritage Barrie award in 2018. The Coach House where you will stay, once housed horses and carriages, has been completely renovated top to bottom in 2023 with the finest touches. We are centrally located with a 30 second drive from the 400, and an 8 minute walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and downtown fun.

Granny’s Cottage is located on Lake Drive East across the road from Lake Simcoe. Our private lakefront is yours to enjoy. Our lakehouse equipped with mini fridge and chairs while looking out over beautiful Lake Simcoe. Lakehouse is available late spring to early fall. This cozy cottage is newly renovated with all the comforts for a much needed getaway. Available for your use is a badminton net, 2 kayaks and a large canoe (seasonal). There is also a secure lock up for you bicycles.

Our lakeside home in Cook’s Bay offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is just an hour from the GTA—perfect for a peaceful getaway. You may spot local wildlife like geese or ducks around the lake and docks, but they won’t block access. The property is pet-friendly; please clean up after your dogs and prevent them from entering neighboring properties. *Note:per city regulations, the dock is removed from mid-October to mid-May.
