You will be staying on our working farm that is home to platypus in the dams, a small herd of Speckle Park beef cattle and some fat and friendly goats. The farm is proudly centered eco-friendly, regenerative principles, promoting a healthy environment for birds, insects and other life to flourish.

Kick tha sand off ya toes after your 150m walk back from tha beach and take in the sweeping views and sunsets over the edge of the world and arthur river. or even better, soak away the day in our restored outdoor cast iron bath. Inspired by reflections of yesteryear the cottage pays homage to the pioneers of the highlands, and the huts they lived in. You will be taken back to the times of our pioneers in this rustic cottage, but don't be misled by the simplistic exterior, inside, you will find everything you need to help you "Rewind, Relax, Rejuvenate."

A scenic 40 minute drive to Cradle Mountain and 45 minutes to Burnie and the main shopping district.

A private cottage with abundant grounds and resident wildlife this is Tarkinegrove . Bird enthusiasts, photographers and artists will love Tarkinegrove. See the Platypus at dusk during season. Dozens of birds, Spotted Tail Quoll, Pademelons, & Eastern Barred Bandicoot do visit, again depending on the depending on the season.
