Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Questo appartamento unico e originale è stato ristrutturato con amore e cura. Un perfetto connubio di elementi nuovi e antichi, crea un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Il grande soggiorno è un luogo speciale dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Il punto forte dell'appartamento è la splendida terrazza in legno esposta a sud, ideale per godersi il sole. Our house is warm and welcoming, smells of wood, located in the heart of the city. Comfortable apartment along the pedestrian area of Cortina, on the first floor of a typical Ampezzo house from the 1800s, easy to have everything at your fingertips. It consists of a large entrance hall, living room, kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, and all the necessary accessories.

Our farm is located on a lovely sunny plateau just above the holiday village Taisten, amidst untouched nature and with stunning panoramic views of the majestic Dolomites. Escape from the hustle and let the rest seem to be far from stress and everyday life. We shared – Andreas and Michaela, the children Sofia, Samuel and Linda as well as our grandma Rosa – manage the Mahrhof on the sunny side of Tesido, in the east of Plan de Corones. Bellissimo e nuovo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con molto gusto e cura nei dettagli. Si trova nel Residence Palace, difronte alla funivia Faloria, a 3 min a piedi dal centro. Composto da : camera da pranzo con angolo cottura, salotto con divano letto, due camere, due bagni, terrazzino con vista sulle Tofane. Finestre triplo vetro insonorizzate. Posto auto riservato all'aperto, ski room con armadietto riscaldato.

Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano a 150 metri dal centro di Cortina e a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dallo Stadio del Ghiaccio. E' molto comodo anche per chi volesse sciare: ci troviamo a pochi passi dalla Funivia delle Tofane e a pochi minuti dalla Funivia Faloria. L'appartamento, dotato di terrazza, è confortevole e silenzioso.
