A lovely place – tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed exploring the area. Southwold is a delightful little town full of bakeries, eateries and charming shops – and, of course, there’s the sea! A great find.

We had a truly lovely time staying at Hilary’s . The flat is exquisite and the sea views are amazing !

Jane was a fantastic host and her place was so lovely. Located right across the promenade, it is in walking distance to nice pubs and restaurants, and the road felt really safe. Everything was clean, the bathroom is spacious, the heating is modern and the decor made us feel right at home. Jane was very responsive to our queries and her proactiveness made check-in a breeze. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a charming place to stay in Lowestoft!

A great find so close to the beach, coastal path and town. A lovely, homely flat with all you need, including bathrobes! Check-in easy with clear instructions and good communication with Ali. Had no issues with parking, managed to park outside the flat, however there was always space on roads nearby. Great transport links with buses and trains. Lots of great places to eat, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Lovely place to stay. Accurate as in the pictures, plenty of space. Spacious deck where to relax and enjoy sunny days, Parking, and an Aldi within walking distance.

Really lovely listing in Cromer, perfect location right by the sea! Kate was a super helpful and responsive host. The space was spotless and the bedroom in particular was lovely ! Kate did advertise that the bathroom had no shower, so we were aware of that going into the space. However, it’s a bit tricky if what you want is a quick and easy shower. Only snag is to be mindful of the short bathroom / bedroom entrances - my partner (6 foot) kept bumping his head going between the bedroom and bathroom, especially at night.

The property is really well located in the village with the beach a 10 second walk away, with a number of takeaways and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. The property is right next to the road so was noisy with construction work but this didn't bother us too much. The property was very clean, well furnished and stocked with immediate supplies, and we found Matt to be very accommodating! He messaged to let us know the flat was ready before check in time and was on hand to save us from a mishap!

This little flat was perfect for a couple of nights in Cromer. We stayed with our 2 year old, and it was a safe and comfortable place for her to roam around in (with supervision!) and we all slept very well there. Great location, right in the town centre and minutes away from the beach. Only about 10 mins walk away from the train station too. The place is decorated and furnished nicely in a way that doesn’t feel soulless or corporate like some airbnbs - it was easy to feel at home there. Jonty provided clear instructions on how to access the flat, and how to use the various amenities so there were no questions left unanswered.

Great place for a long weekend in Suffolk. Location was amazing, and plenty of space for our group of 7. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this beautiful little getaway and absolutely loved it! We were really impressed with how clean everything was and how comfy the bed was! The location is perfect. There is a nice little walk to the beach which is about 2mins!! And a lovely little pub enroute, The Oddfellows which we definitely recommend a visit to! Everything is really easy to get to by foot and the neighbourhood is so nice! Ian was great, very friendly and approachable. He communicated with us prior to arrival to give instructions on what to do when we got there, ensured us we could contact him at any time should we need to (luckily we didn’t), and just before we left. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

The house was a stunning place to spend a few days. We had our 3 kids with us ages 3 and 6. They had fun just tearing around the courtyard but we also were able to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The kings arms opposite does a great plate of food and was really kid and dog friendly. We had a great stay and we’ll be back!

We’re just back from a wonderful weekend at Sarah’s. The house itself is clean and cosy, good hot shower and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed Sarah’s treats she had made also. The location of the house is perfect. Southwold is a pretty compact place and everything was walkable from Sarah’s including to the beach. The beach hut was a great bonus and we enjoyed two sunny days there, having a glass of wine and watching the world go by - it was so lovely. I’d highly recommend Sarah’s- we hope to be back!! Just returned from a 4 night New Year break with my family (2 adults and 4 children). We had a very enjoyable time. The location of the property was fantastic, very central and everything in 5/10 min walking distance. The property itself was spot on, plenty of space, very clean, well-equipped kitchen and it was lovely that the Xmas decorations were still up! Kathryn was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. She also made us aware of a few minor problems beforehand that really didn’t impact us at all but it was great to have that info upfront. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we definitely would stay here again when visiting Cromer.

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

A perfectly located home from home on Norfolk’s north coast, easy access to all the key sights on offer and a quick trip back to Norwich if you wanted to take in a visit to the city as part of your stay.

Spotlessly clean and tidy. Lovely space 25 mins walk to the beach. Great kitchen space too. We loved it.

From making our booking communication was excellent and Fran was very responsive. Clean instructions on how to check in and park were given which made check in stress free. On arrival we found ample parking for two cars and the apartment is absolutely beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. It contained everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The location - even though on a quiet residential road is the perfect place as a base. The beach is a five minute walk as it the town centre. Great pubs and restaurants and so much to do. A great location for visiting the many local beaches and attractions that are within an hours drive. I would love to stay again and am already making plans.

What a fantastic stay. Beautiful self contained apartment right in the centre of Cromer. Every utensil possible available, all kitchen facilities working perfectly. Very comfortable two bedroom sofa. Slept very well all 3 nights. Amazing information pack with everything you possibly need to know during your stay. Emma was extremely friendly and kind and was only a text away. Can not fault a single thing, was lovely and warm, very cosy and we felt right at home. Will definitely be recommending Emma’s place and will certainly be returning ourselves. Thank you so much for your beautiful hospitality and allowing us to stay in this beautiful apartment.

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

we arrived early into Cromer and Matthews couldn't have been better! got the place ready to go for when we arrived. the terns tales apartment was home away from home, spotless and always had a cozy warm feeling! The area couldnt have been better, right near the station and right near the seafront. Matthew gave us some great recommendations that we took on board and made our stay even better! 10/10 can't wait to visit again

we love it here and have been lucky enough to come here a couple of times now. this will forever be our favourite place to stay in Winterton (or anywhere!) it's immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, perfect for my small dogs, Elaine is absolutely fabulous and very welcoming and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend Sea Mist enough. We had the best weekend again.

Great apartment close to Cromer beach and pier. Very comfortable beds. Gorgeous light in the mornings in the living space. We had a great stay.
