UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village! The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. This apartment is where the original hotel lobby was first located. You will now find a full kitchen, full bathroom, living/dining room, and a bedroom with a king size bed. The Bell Tower

Enjoy a breathtaking view atop the bell tower of the second oldest church in Coshocton County. The bell (that was cast at the Troy Bell Company in NY and once rang out the death of Abraham Lincoln) hung in the tower from 1853 until it was moved to its nearby location in the Roscoe United Methodist Church. Renovated between 2020-2023 this space provides a unique place to relax just up the hill from the Roscoe Village shops and restaurants.
