Sunny Days is a beautiful and spacious 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with a private entrance and patio. You'll love the bright and airy space, complete with 10-foot ceilings! In the evenings, relax with a glass of wine in the cozy private patio, grilling dinner on the BBQ, and hanging around the gas fire pit. We are centrally located to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and Disneyland. Only a short walk to TeWinkle Park and the OC Fairgrounds. Easy free street parking in a lovely neighborhood.

Newport Beach Shack Upper, a stylish classic

The private second floor of our home (we live downstairs); completely remodeled. This is a classic 1960's beach house with new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century (read: FUN). Must be 25 to book; booker must also stay. The entrance/exit to the freeway is down the street, the beach is less than 2 miles away, we are 20 minutes from Disneyland, or enjoy a short walk to Triangle Square with a vibrant nightlife, theater, bowling, or In-n-Out across the street!

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
