Project-related travel with long-term stays all over the world has long determined our lives. The lack of feeling at home, especially in a private and quiet living atmosphere, was often a constant companion in many hotels and guesthouses. Die Villa befindet sich innerhalb der Schlossmauer von Schloss Pillnitz bzw. der Mauern des alten Kammergutes. Historisch befand sich auf dem Grundstück der königliche Holzlagerplatz, umrahmt von 2,50 bis 4 m hohen Natursteinmauern, diese bieten ihnen auch heute noch eine tolle Privatsphäre, ohne Einsichtnahme von außen.
