Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!

I would love to welcome you to my house which is ideally located a 3 minute drive from Waterford City. Surrounded by private mature gardens, it is an ideal place for you to unwind. The rooms are bright, modern and sparkling clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and all rooms are on the ground floor and served by 50 mgbs WiFi. Centrally heated there is also a stove and an open fireplace in the two cosy living rooms.

Stunning beach house with direct access to an incredible secluded cove. The Boatstrand Beachhouse is our much loved home from home. It is ideal for families and friends sharing alike. We have enjoyed special Christmas gatherings and spent long summer holidays enjoying the spectacular beaches in the area including the one at the bottom of the garden!
