Welcome to my one bedroom contemporarily decorated ground floor space. A bedroom with a king-size bed, a toilet and an open bath, and a tea area are all private for you. Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

Close to shops, frequent bus services into central Oxford, and a few minutes walk from river Thames / Isis and parks. Popular pubs, cafes and restaurants are on nearby Magdalen Road. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The studio has been ventilated, cleaned and disinfected. All frequently touched areas have been disinfected also. All linens have been washed at a high temperature.
