You will wake in the trees, to the soft prospects of the forested Siskiyou mountains to the west. You are only a few steps from Ashland Plaza, yet the retreat-like environment we offer to all our guests requires that no incense, smoking, vaping or pets are allowed in the Carriage House. River Haven Cottage

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

The Cottage is a renovated former horse hotel. It retains the charm of its former use yet is well appointed and updated for comfort & convenience. The cottage overlooks a pasture with 1 barns with the Siskiyous beyond to the south & the Ashland, Grizzly Peak Hills to the east. We are only 2 easy miles from downtown Ashland with multiple wineries close by. There is hiking, swimming at Emigrant Lake nearby as well. If comfort what you are looking for, the cottage will meet all your needs.

Secluded Hidden Gem Mazama House near Crater Lake

The Mazama house is a beautiful two story home perfect for a family. The home features hard wood floors with area rugs throughout. The living room has nice corner windows with a beautiful view for star gazing, bird watching, or taking in the view of the property and the mountains. The kitchen is stocked with all the kitchenwares and utensils you would need to prepare a meal, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. The porch has many windows and is a bright and sunny spot for morning coffee.

We're just down the way from the Riverhouse and bridge, close to town. It is a very quiet and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding.
