Goring River Retreat with Gym and Wellness area

Situated in the heart of Goring, enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants and cafes from this perfectly located home. Within the grounds of one of Goring's iconic old houses, this newly built annex is a stones throw from the river and just a 10min walk from the train station. There is ample parking onsite, with free car charging. We can provide extras to enhance your stay inc, laundry facilities, private gym, ice-bath and sauna; as well as Personal Training, SUP hire/lessons and yoga.

A relaxing retreat close to the Thames.

The Studio is a self contained space attached to our home. It has an open plan area with a kitchen, dining , sitting and sleeping space as well as a separate shower room. Access is through a private entrance at the front of the house. Purley on Thames is a small village in West Berkshire with good access to Reading, Pangbourne and Oxford by car. The Studio is a 10 min walk away from Mapledurham Lock on the Thames path and there are also some lovely walks through nearby Sulham woods.

Contains King size bed, kitchen with convection microwave oven & grill, induction hob, fridge with freezer box, bathroom with full size shower, electric heating, TV & WIFI. Armchairs, folding table and chairs. Small patio area with barbeque and loungers, parking for one car. Rural location with views over open fields. Small village with shop and pub.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Take time out & unwind in this rural setting with lots of opportunities to be active, great cafes & pubs to walk & cycle to. On the edge of the village, surrounded by fields with walking/cycling/riding; paddle boarding nearby, and easy road access to Henley, Goring, Oxford & Reading. This newly converted annexe is flexible, spacious, light & airy. Access to all the garden is encouraged and can potentially involve additional camping, guided mountain biking, and personal training.

The Loft, Goring, Oxfordshire

Situated within easy reach of Oxford and an hour’s train journey from London Paddington, The Loft is set in beautifully landscaped gardens surrounded by five acres of farmland where the owners maintain free range chickens and a small flock of Welsh Halfbred sheep who may wish to say hello to you in the mornings! There is also a small vineyard where the owners make a delicious white wine - Chalkhill Blue. In 2024 guests viewed and photographed the Aurora Borealis from the balcony!

Relaxing cottage in Crays Pond

Situated within easy reach of Pangbourne and Goring on Thames Each have railway links into Reading, London and Oxford. There are many walks and cycle rides to explore but if you want to travel further afield, a car is a necessity, 2.4 miles to Goring, 2.7 miles to Pangbourne. Being nestled between Pangbourne and Goring you can take your pick to visit the shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs not to mention a walk along the river, Thames Path or the Ridgeway.

Stay in a charming timber cabin that's both rustic and romantic whilst offering a superb level of comfort. The cabin is equipped with everything you could wish for in a short break away. Enjoy all that Goring GAP has to offer, great river and hill walks, wonderful local pubs and lots of dining opportunities. Yoga, Pilates and personal fitness sessions can be booked to take place on your deck in front of the cabin, weather permitting.

The mainline station provides access to Oxford, Reading and London Paddington. The historical market town of Wallingford on Thames is approximately 5 miles away and Henley on Thames is 12 miles away.

Beautiful, newly-renovated and private one-bed cottage annexed to our home set in a large, mature garden near to Panbourne and Goring (both on the Thames) Henley-on-Thames and Oxford. Private outside area available. Superb area for walks, cycling (we can provide space to keep bikes) and adventures on the river. Excellent range of restaurants and pubs nearby.
