The local sandy beach is just 3 minutes walk and Chania center only 10 min drive. The house is elegant and of perfect location which provides the opportunity to choose between relaxing holidays in a private environment or the nightlife of Chania town making either way the most of your holidays.

The 4th bed is a portable one and will be added if needed. The location is ideal for visitors, that can visit a pebble beach right across the street, an organized sand beach 50 meters away and many more amenities in close proximity. The distance from the airport is 10' and from Heraklion 20'.
