Peaceful, country setting at Brianza Gardens and Winery. Lovely ranch 2 BR/1 B has all the comforts of home incl. W/D. Enjoy the scenic views and walking trails among the gardens and vineyards. Large GR/DR, eat/n/kit. The "Cottage" is adjacent to the "Bungalow", also listed on this site. The Bungalow is a 1BR, full kitchen apartment. If you need more space please book both properties. Sorry, no pets allowed or parties. Maximum occupancy is six people. $20 fee per person/per day over four people

The Bluebell Farmhouse

The Bluebell is a farmhouse located on the rolling hills of Dry Ridge Kentucky. It has a wonderful front and back yard especially great for children. It has a charming dining area with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. There's a sunroom looking out into hay fields where deer and turkey regularly roam. There is a terrific front porch to watch the sunsets and peaceful meandering of the cows. Come out of the city lights and find some peace of mind under the stars. (8.6 miles from the Ark).

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Just minutes from Clifton, Over The Rhine, and Downtown Cincinnati, It provides the perfect amount of urban serenity. PLEASE NOTE: There is a STRICT TWO GUEST MAXIMUM for all reservations. Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.
