It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! Sealladh Dubh

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain.
