Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

Tamano Farm Shepherd Hut, Hot Tub & Outdoor Shower

Our cosy and modern (it has electricity and running water, fridge) shepherd’s hut has two rooms- perfect for couples or small families. A double bed in the main room, with wood burner, table and sofa. The back room houses a single sofa bed, perfect for a wee one. Outside there’s a hot tub, kitchen with gas hob and BBQ. Hillside Well Cottage is a family run 4 bedroom cottage set in a beautiful, peaceful location in the Perthshire countryside, with spectacular views of the Lomond Hills bordering Fife. It is centrally situated, and a perfect base for visiting many places of interest including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Pitlochry, Gleneagles, St Andrews, Perth and Dundee. Also, locally, the East Neuk, Falkland and Kinross on the banks of lovely Loch Leven offer many attractions and are well worth a visit.

As dusk falls, cosy up around the firepit or light the cabin wood burner, planning your next adventure exploring fabulous Loch Lomond.

Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.
