The one-room studio has everything you need - A main living space with queen bed, lounge area, kitchenette and dining, and a separate spacious bathroom. Carefully selected furnishings and artwork adorn the space, to create a stylish yet cozy feel. High windows provide privacy and capture the hills surrounding Cromwell. Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

Situated only 4mins drive to both Clyde & Alexandra, you're just moments to the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Dunstan trail among others. After cycling & exploring this wonderful region, take a swim in the shallows of the Clutha River (access at the bottom of our site) or relax in the sun on your own balcony. Your well behaved dog is welcome too!
