It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. Great place to rest after you’ve gone down to the beach; visited all the local art galleries; restaurants. The studio is close to North Coast Highway and beaches like Crescent Bay and Shaw’s cove but is not oceanfront. Walking distance to downtown Laguna.

This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
