My friends and I had a fantastic experience at Bob’s place. The place was clean, in a great location, and wasn’t a far walk or uber to everything you’d need. Bob is also a great host - very responsive, flexible and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our party of 7. Beautifully designed home with plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable. Great location in a quiet neighborhood short drive to downtown Nashville. Joel and Victor were great hosts who care about your experience while visiting the city.

This rental was such a blessing! Needed a nice and safe place to stay while my mom received tx at BH on Nicholasville Rd for over 6 wks. It was my first time using Airbnb and this home could not have been in a better location. It was 10” from the hospital and the Summit At Fritz Farm was 3” away and right across the road. It was a good place for my mom to come home to so she could focus on rest and healing after daily radiation txs and weekly infusions. Susannah, the host, was very communicative and timely in her responses and very helpful and friendly if any questions. She even had extra supplies, such as paper towels and TP, delivered to the door for our extended stay. The home was just as described; clean, in a quiet neighborhood and there were tons of amenities close by. Super location and overall great place to stay! I would highly recommend this listing to anyone. Very good value! Only con would be traffic, as Man-o-War road runs right behind the house and was noisy at times.

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation. The hosts were super amazing and responsive when we had questions. The place itself was very clean and just like the photos. We all felt right at home here.

Our stay was great! The neighborhood is calm, walkable, easy parking, some great coffee shops and restaurants/happy hour places. Locals are very friendly. Short distance to downtown Nashville. Roxanne was an amazing host, and right away gave us great recommendations on what’s best in Germantown. She was always responsive to any question we had about our stay and was very kind. Definitely recommend her place if you’d like to be in calm and relax after a nice day in town and enjoy your stay in Nashville!

Anna was a great host. Provided helpful information. In a quiet neighborhood. Vintage charmer. There is lots of space and well decorated. High quality linens and bath towels. Would stay here again. Location affords easy access to all of Nashville while being away from all the crowds.

Perfect spot for my friend and I to lay our heads. The cute house had everything we needed to feel comfortable.

This spot is close to downtown, super convenient to concerts and events in the area. Be aware that the elevator is slow and often full, but otherwise this was a great stay in an awesome location

We had a great 24 hours celebrating a family birthday! We love the balcony and also how walkable the area was. The condo was just as described! So convenient to have the coffee maker and coffee pods and all the different creamers and flavors. Keri was very responsive and we would definitely stay again sometime.

Excellent location!!! Lots of great downtown stuff very nearby. Walked to everything we wanted! Having private, underground parking spot was fantastic! The apartment was perfect for what we needed and very cozy and comfortable. Loved the place, loved the location, loved downtown Nashville!
