Located in Birch Bay, WA, near Semiahmoo. Beach access is 1.6 miles away. You will be greeted with simple design, relaxing decor and lots of natural light. This little house has personality. Semiahmoo Golf and Country Club is 2.9 miles from the house. We are 6 miles from I-5, a 15 minute drive from the Canadian border and Blaine, and 23 miles from Bellingham International Airport. Birch Bay State Park is 5 miles or a 15 minute drive from the house for clamming, playground, and day camping.

Enjoy your own studio space upstairs above our attached garage with a private entrance & private bathroom. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and 4 bedrooms. A smart tv with Wi-Fi is located in the living room and a dedicated office space is tucked away in a bedroom upstairs. A surprise is in store for little ones with a not so secret hideaway under the stairs stocked with toys and books for the littles.

This beautiful suite is located 15 minutes away from Thunderbird Equestrian Centre, Campbell Valley Park, loads of wineries and several golf courses. This basement suite is open and airy with 9 foot ceilings and huge windows. A beautiful, covered jacuzzi tub is available on the property for you to use.
