With a pond to fish, feel like you are out in the country but only 8 miles to HEB (Supermarket) 7 miles to charming downtown Conroe. With restaurants, a Brewery a Meadery, lots of live music and many other activities. 17 miles has you eating dinner waterfront on Lake Conroe.

Quiet bedroom with king sized bed & set of twin bunks . Separate entrance through garage provides privacy. There are not shared spaces, but the guest suite is connected to our home.
