A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is at least as good as the photos show. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen with a baking oven run with fire wood to make pizza and bread. The area is very quiet and the view on the surrounding hills very relaxing. Also, John is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend the place!

We hebben met onze familie een erg fijn verblijf gehad. We werden vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen, het huis was groot, zeer, zeer goed uitgerust en smetteloos schoon. Het was jammer dat een hond de hele nacht blafte, bij de buren.

We had a very nice stay in Vasilis air BnB. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Vasilis really walked the extra mile to help us with everything. We highly recommend this place so close to the beach with the very nice and communicative Vasilis as your host.

Highly- recommended! Very close to the sea and the city center. It is located on a lovely estate. It is even better than the photos given. The owners are very friendly and willing to help.

Υπέροχος χώρος!!! Ότι πρέπει για οικογενειακές διακοπές διότι το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει τα πάντα!!!και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς!!! Σίγουρα θα ήθελα να ξανά μείνω εκεί!!!!

Wir verbrachten als Familie mit 5 Personen einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Evitas Strandhaus . Das Haus lag perfekt für einen tollen Blick etwas oberhalb des Meeres. Wir mochten das Haus, weil es super ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet war. Die Nähe zu Argostoli ( 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto) war auch gut. Die Kommunikation mit Evita klappte auch sehr gut, außerhalb der Saison Anfang November bekamen wir schnell noch ein paar Sonnenliegen. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus.

Enjoyed our stay in a great location. Spacious bedrooms, basic equipment in kitchen. Good Wi-Fi. Useful outdoor space. Flexible checking in and out worked well.

Havre de paix, écrin de verdure, avec superbe vue sur la mer, les îles d'Elafonisos et Cythère. Idéal pour se ressourcer. La petite ville de Néapoli, après plusieurs virages sur une bonne route, offre le nécessaire (magasins d'alimentation, cafés, tavernes, etc). Les conseils de Kimo ont été excellents et les visites de la minette de la propriété ont été empreintes d'affection.

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Lovely place, very clean and spacious. Great location- a few minutes to a beautiful beach. We stayed at the end of the Summer season so it was lovely and quiet and fortunately a few places were still open, there was a shop, restaurant and cafe all in walking distance. Great swimming pool too. Would definately recommend and would love to stay again.

Περάσαμε 4 υπέροχες μέρες στο Evia Fox House, δύο άτομα με τον σκύλο μας, και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως τακτοποιημένο, με όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν για μια άνετη και ήσυχη διαμονή. Ο χώρος της πισίνας ήταν επίσης πολύ καθαρός και ιδανικός για χαλάρωση. Αυτό που μας εντυπωσίασε ιδιαίτερα ήταν η απόλυτη ηρεμία του τοπίου και ο καταπράσινος κήπος, τον οποίο ο σκύλος μας αγάπησε και δεν ήθελε να φύγει! Ένα μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα είναι ότι το οικόπεδο είναι πλήρως περιφραγμένο, προσφέροντας απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα και ασφάλεια, ειδικά για όσους ταξιδεύουν με κατοικίδια. Συνολικά, ήταν μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία και θα το προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να απολαύσει τη φύση και την ησυχία της Εύβοιας!

The bungalow was lovely and great for our family of 4. It was clean and comfortable. The pool area was relaxing and the pool was big and clean. It was in very easy reach of the port and beach. The restaurants and bars were also a very short walk away. Costas and Marie were great hosts.

Villa Sandy has a very good location with a fantastic view. Kids loved the pool after coming back from the beach. Margarita was very flexible and kind. The apartment had all the necessary equipments and was comfortable for a family. We would choose again Sandy Villa :)

Beautiful house in a great location. Alex has done a great job to make the house comfortable and it is very well finished. The pool area is amazing, the BBQ facilities are great, and it is right in the beach next to multiple beach clubs. We hired a boat for the day from the beach which was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay in the farm cottage for three weeks and will not hesitate to recommend the house to our friends and other customers . We would like to thank all who took part - especially Thalia and our Host. He is a very charming person and offered us fresh and biological fruits, vegetabels for our desposal - and Thalia was always a kindly, competent and helpfully person with good suggestions. The area was quiet and relaxing but not to far away from the main sector. You will hear in the morning animals from the farm nearby like chickens, donkeys and peacock`s - we all loved them so peaceful and beautiful. Domino (and the other cats) we had immediately closed in our hearts . Thank you for your awesome paradies and the great hospitality we encountered. We are looking forward to come back! We had a great stay here. It was perfectly located just outside the main strip meaning it was peaceful and relaxed, while still having all the great views and nice local restaurants, easy to get to the beach. Good wifi connection, beautiful home, great host.

המקום מהמם ושקט, עם נוף עוצר נשימה ופרטיות מוחלטת. המארח ידידותי וחביב מאד, ועזר בכל בעיה במהירות וביעילות (אינו דובר אנגלית אבל זאת לא היתה בעיה כלל). היתה לנו חוויה נהדרת, ומקווים לחזור שוב בהקדם מאד מומלץ. מתאים למעשנים בלבד, כי העישון בבקתה מותר, וזה מורגש

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment in Spetses. Maria was a fabulous host- kind and responsive and very happy to help! The photos do not do the apartment justice - it has been beautifully decorated and has a very homely and welcoming feeling. Highly recommend staying here as the apartment is in easy walking distance of key attractions but is peaceful and quiet.

Ηταν ολα μια χαρά το σπίτι πολυ κοντά στο Μύλο των ξωτικών και κοντά στο κέντρο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον Φώτη που ήταν πολύ ευγενικός.

Great location.Haiguang help us get a transportation for a round trip.The driver was helpful a s friendly. The place u can walk to acropolis and all the places in athens. The apartment have a welcome gift just like in the hotel and you can see the acropolis from the balcony and also at rooftop.I want to thanks the host and their staff for making Athens a nice and enjoyable place to stay.Keep up the good work.
