Really the perfect house if you are playing golf at Sweetens. All the little extra things made it nice, heated toiled seats! Cell phone chargers, hot tub, tv outside, fishing poll, poker chips, nice fridge. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, very close to all tourist spots. Very clean home; it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The neighborhood seems a little bit scary; a few houses nearby down the hill had garbage, old cars, etc., right in the front yard, but they didn't bother us, so it's okay. I just don't recommend walking there in the evening. The house is well equipped; I only missed the pizza pan. So we liked this place, thank you for hosting us!

We love staying here for our annual women’s retreat for church. We even saw a bald eagle this last time!

I booked Sabrina’s place last minute as a 4-day family gathering/birthday getaway for my sis. We loved it! We should have asked for better weather because it rained off and on the entire weekend BUT it was so comfortable, roomy, and cozy inside, we were all happy. We had a total of 7 people at one point and weren’t on top of each other. The video games were stocked, streaming was set, and there were large versions of board games to play with. Plus, a movie theatre style popcorn machine! The back deck, bedroom deck, and extended dock provide ample hangout space outside, also. Fantastic stay. Side note: The road is quite winding to get around the river bend to the property (8 miles), so arrive with daylight to be safe. Jasper is a nice town about 25 mins away with restaurants and a grocery store. Chattanooga is about the same distance with heavy traffic in the other direction.

Great spot right on the lake. The dock is right off the deck and it was great with our 4 year old. They had kayaks available, toys, a fire pit, and a hot tub. Host was super responsible and helpful. We had a great weekend!

I thought the price was too good to be true. It was exactly as listed and described. I wouldn’t stay here for the lake access if that’s what you’re looking for, but for a couples retreat it was amazing. The hot tub was clearly well taken care of and the A/C worked great. All linens were clean and snacks and drinks were even provided in the fridge. The homeowner alerted me to my car having a flat tire and offered to take it somewhere to have it patched. Truly felt very comfortable. The communication through the Host was impeccable. Even coming in at Midnight and struggling to find the destination the response time was instant. Would stay at another Luxury Lodging’s listing and definitely recommend this one.

Amazing Stay! Kelly was very responsive and helpful. The house is great- well equipped kitchen, comfy surroundings and lots of outdoor places to sit and take in the view. You can't beat the setting- amazing spot on the river with a bluff view. We loved having our coffee on the deck and watching the river. We played in the water, kayaked off the boat launch and let our dog splash around in the shallows. It is an easy 20 minute drive into the city and there were plenty of places closer to get groceries and food. We fell in love with Chattanooga and are so glad we stayed in this amazing place! Highly recommend!

The hubs and I really enjoyed staying at Clint’s. It was quiet and outside of the city. It rained the weekend we were out there and the rain on the roof was amazing when going to bed. Also, the water that you could see off the back deck was so soothing…..

Had a lovely stay here! The hosts were super responsive with any questions I had and were very accommodating to our requests. It was a great getaway but close enough to Chattanooga, that we could go to the city if we wanted to. I would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was perfect for our family Christmas getaway!! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare great meals. The location is secluded but still close enough to get to stores if you forget something and there is a lot of amazing hiking within a short drive of the cabin. Misti was an amazing host and super proactive in communications and everything was very clear. I would highly recommend! And they decorated for Christmas (even with a tree) so we felt right at home!

My husband and I came here for our 7 year anniversary. It was lovely and peaceful. I love the imperfections of the old cottage and its cleanliness. The hot tub, kayaks, and views are lovely The kitchen was adequately stocked and beds were clean and comfy. Shower was large and hot and the washer and dryer were very helpful! The house was stocked with everything needed. We will definitely be back. The town of Mentone was just down the road and we loved the areas. There was even a gas station at the end of the street that was very convenient as well! No regrets! Just a lovely vibe and great getaway destination!

This is our second time staying at Clint's place and it will not be our last! We always enjoy our time here. We took our two dogs. The cottage is super pet friendly. Can't wait for our next stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at Lazy River Cottage! Home was clean and orderly and exactly as described with plenty of room for our party of 5. We don't eat out much and prefer to cook our meals at the home so the full kitchen was much appreciated. Making use of the kayaks was a ton of fun. DeSoto Falls hiking trails and picnic area were easily accessible by a very short walk. This was a great home base to explore Mentone and Little River Canyon. 100% would book it again. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We had our annual college friend reunion here this year, and I think we’ll be coming back here every year. This place was perfect. It had enough space for everyone without being crammed. Everything worked great, easy to get to. This was the perfect place for us. Cannot recommend Laura and this place enough. We will 1000% be coming back!

We were only staying for a weekend and we checked in on Friday evening. We were able to enjoy a firepit by the river and make S'mores. We were a large group of nine, and accommodations were great! Plenty of room!. The teenagers enjoyed the foosball table. Saturday it rained hard all day and evening so we explored Chattanooga . We didn't get to really use the river since it rained (and there were tornado watchs and warnings all evening) but we still had a great time!

Lots of space for our family get together. Prime location to get to area attractions (Mentone, hiking, swimming spots). Well equipped kitchens in both cabins. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We particularly enjoyed the screened porches. There were kids games and puzzles for inside fun as well as paddle boards and floats for water fun.

Kasey was amazing! We had an unexpected last minute change of plans and Kasey was immediately available and very helpful. The place was just as described, very clean, ample parking, and had lots of extras! The temperature was in the 50s so we didn’t anticipate the use of the on-site canoe, but to our surprise, our children were in it for hours! They even had a large selection of life vests that accommodated all of our children ranging in age from 8 to 18. No complaints at all from our stay.

We loved our stay here! The cabin was adorable and in a great location. Very peaceful but close to town. The host was communicative and kind enough to accommodate our request for a late checkout. I also appreciated that there were not outrageous cleaning requests before checkout like some airbnb's have. We hope to come back and stay again in the future.

Rachel's place was great we had a party of 7 and had plenty of room Very rustic. The kitchen was not as big as it looked in the pictures but she had everything you needed to do any cooking also made sure we had a crockpot. Great view of the lake. She was very responsive when I had a question. It could use a little TLC especially on the decks. If you like old rustic charm this is for you. The decks are huge and a fire pit but we didn't get to enjoy them as much as we wanted to because it rained almost everyday we were there.
