Just a couple of blocks from downtown Klamath Falls, and within walking distance to many great restaurants, local brewery/pubs, parks, museums, local boutiques and numerous hiking trails! This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

You will have exclusive access to our entire guest suite including a large living area, spacious bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette appliances, and dining/bar area. The space is geothermally heated so you won't run out of hot water and the concrete floors are warm on bare feet. When the space isn't rented, we love to host happy hours for our friends and neighbors.

Charming Two Bedroom House With Large Fenced Yard

Fully furnished two bedroom home with large fenced back yard only 1 mile from hospital, shopping, and dining. Full sized mattresses, hardwood floors, lots of tile. Less than a year old appliances. GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Freshly remodeled 980 sq. ft. single-family home in a quiet residential area, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, stylish bathroom, and kitchen, with washer, dryer, TV, faux fireplace and gas barbeque. Fully furnished with all of the amenities that we could think of in hopes of making your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Have fun kicking back or visiting nearby Lava Beds, Tule Lake Wildlife Refuge, WWII Monument, etc. No hidden or additional host fees. Pets acceptable by approval.

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

THE THIRD BEDROOM which is a full size bed, IS OFF THE GARAGE. The master has a large jetted tub. You can bbq on the large porch or snuggle up on the couch and read a book. There are pine trees all around you.
