It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

The Brock House

The Brock House is a 2 bedroom loft apartment perched atop a western wear store in Lockhart's vibrant and historic town square. Our space functions part of the time as an artist residency location for musicians, writers, and visual artists who are guests of Commerce Gallery. We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.
