Kitchen furnished with stove, fridge, cooking utensils, dishes & continental breakfast! Living Room with gas fireplace, elegant bedroom & private bath. Linens provided. This cheery suite in the lower level of our home is equipped with a dual controlled Select Comfort mattress and walk-in jetted tub. The couch and twin mattress on the floor, sleeps 2 more guests comfortably.

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

The Roost includes a bedroom, pull-out couch, small kitchen, and private half bath, with full bathrooms located directly below in our farm bathhouse.

This rustic “tiny apartment” is the secret you wouldn’t even know was there (basement apartment). With kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized bed and convertible couch, this is all you could hope for from tiny space living! We have several books and board games to enjoy your time together and the 50” flatscreen is there, just in case reading and games arent your thing. This Guest House is located on the upper level of a garage that is separate from our house. It is located in a semi-rural area about 12 miles south of Chattanooga, TN and 5 minutes from Chickamauga National Military Park. The entire property is 40 acres and is mostly pasture used for beef cattle. The view off the deck and out the back windows is spectacular. You see pasture, trees, and Lookout Mountain.
