Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Wohnquartier. Im Quartier ist ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants und Spielplatz usw. vorhanden. Es sieht alles sehr schön aus. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Paris, man braucht insgesamt ca. 45-50 Minuten mit der Bahn in die Stadt. Es ist ein Umstieg erforderlich. Aber das war uns bewusst. Im Quartier selbst konnte man nach den Unternehmungen wunderbar den Abend ausklingen lassen mit Abendessen und/oder was trinken. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und hat eine gute Ausstattung, ein Duschvorhang bei der Wanne wäre gut gewesen, da es keine separate Dusche gibt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage rundet das Angebot ab. Die Kommunikation mit Charles verlief reibungslos, er hat sich immer schnell gemeldet, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Wir haben zu viert übernachtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock (Dachgeschoss). Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell fußläufig erreichbar (Bus direkt um die Ecke, Metro ca. 6 Minuten). Fahrt z.B. nach Notre Dame ca. 35 Minuten. Wir hatten den NAVIGO Wochenpass für 31,60€ (muss man nach App-Registrierung aufs Handy/Smartwatch laden, funktioniert nicht mit der NAVIGO-Karte!). In Verbindung mit Citymapper super, um überall in Paris und Umgebung hinzukommen.

Mi familia y yo quedamos muy contentos con el apartamento de Julien. Muy limpio, cómodo y acogedor estilo francés. Las vistas desde las terrazas son muy lindas e impresiona ver la torre eifeel por la noche. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Lo único que recomiendo es cambiar las almohadas en la habitación principal. Clamart está lleno de restaurantes y tiendas, la estación del tren está cerca, hay buses, y todo lo que necesites. El área es muy tranquila. Tomamos un taxi Uber desde Saint Denis Université, fueron 47 minutos y costó 31 euros. Un taxi desde el apartamento a la torre cuesta ente 13 y 15 euros. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

We had a very pleasant stay at Catherine's and Christophe's place! The house is ideally located in the Forêt de Fontainebleau, a perfect base for bouldering adventures. The house was very clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, and is located on a beautiful and quiet property with chickens roaming around. Catherine and Christophe were great hosts, they responded quickly and were very flexible regarding check-in and check-out (we even got to try some eggs from the chickens!). One note: the wifi is very slow and spotty, so not ideal for someone hoping to get some work done or watch a movie.

excellent séjour dans la petite maison , paisible et bien confortable, à proximité des bus , du Uexpress qui est très pratique, et d'une forêt pour allez se balader au frais , près du château de Versailles et très rapide pour allez sur Paris, nous recommandons cette excellente adresse .

Linda and David are outstanding hosts. They have a nice house with a perfect connection (RER) to the city center. For us, as people from the countryside, it was a little bit too noisy but thanks to the kindness of Linda and David, we found a perfect solution to this challenge. So, I can recommend it for everyone, who is interested to explore the city life and want to have the comfort of an own house.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Merci à Sana et à sa famille pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse dans ce magnifiques air BNB ! Très propre, confort et bien équipé ! Toute la partie extérieure est très agréable pour profiter du beau temps. Beaucoup de commodités accessibles directement dans la rue. Mention spéciale pour les grimpeurs, de nombreux secteurs sont situés à proximité !

Great place & location, a bit further out of the city but easily accessible & the area itself was lovely with stuff nearby to wander to in the event. House was lovely & perfect for what we needed, felt very safe.

Bon séjour à côté de Paris métro très proches , voisins sympathiques. Hôte très réactif. Je recommande ;) Certains commentaire disaient que nous entendions le métro. Pas du tout, nous entendions parfois un petit tremblement très léger et non dérangeant. Ce n’est pas le métro mais les ordures passant sous Paris cela est donc très rare ;) C’est très calme ! Avec un bébé de 1 an nous n’avons pas eu de soucis

Escogimos el apartamento guiados por las reseñas y no nos desfraudó. Sanaa fué muy amable al permitirnos llevar el equipage aunque no estuviera listo el apartamento, y es un encanto intentando solventar todas las dudas. El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, muy luminoso, silencioso por la noche, la zona es tranquila con un supermercado enfrente y el metro esta cerca. Es una buena opción para alojarte si vas a visitar París.

The accommodation was nice in a quiet and safe neighborhood, there are many playgrounds nearby. The view from the terrace/balcony is into the courtyard. The host, Jihane, was very friendly and communicative and adapted to our arrival and departure times, which helped us a lot. There are toys available in the apartment which was great for us. Overall, we had an enjoyable holiday there.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.
