Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

The Hideaway is a modern luxury suite located right in the center of it all. You can stroll a 1/2 mile to the beach, cozy up to the fireplace, walk downtown, catch a show at the theater, or discover Boston, Salem (2 miles away), or other quaint seaside towns. Tucked around the corner from downtown Beverly, in a quiet and historic neighborhood. This suite is located in the lower level of our home, and you’ll have your own private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, desk, fridge, and full bathroom.

Nestled on a scenic hill in a beautiful corner of Topsfield, this cozy studio suite is 30 minutes from Boston; 25 minutes from Salem; less than 20 minutes from local beach towns, Endicott College and Gordon College; and approx. five minutes from the Topsfield Fair Grounds, the Ipswich river, Mass Audubon hiking trails, and wedding venues like Peirce Farm at Witch Hill, The Commons 1854, Willowdale Estate and Moraine Farm.

Experience comfort on our newly renovated attached house in Danvers, Massachusetts. This house features a cozy living area, fully equipment kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master suite with king bed and a full bath. Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, bedroom 2 with a day bed and a set up office. Parking up to 2 or 3 cars. This house is close to nearby historical sites, and easy access to the highways (95, 93, Rt1, 128) which makes it ideal for vacations or business trips.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A great spot to unwind and experience Cape Ann. You will enjoy the apartment all to yourself. Entrance to the apartment is same level as parking so no stairs. The apartment is located in the basement of our primary residence. The space is located 45 min from Boston and 5 min drive to the commuter rail with access to Boston and Rockport. Additionally, we are a short drive to Gordon and Endicott College.

Fourteen miles to Logan airport and downtown Boston. Twenty five miles to the New Hampshire border and thirty eight miles to the Maine border.
