Great central spot in Concord. Georgie is a fantastic host and the house is extremely well supplied. Our stay was wonderful.

Fantastic stay! Rooms were spacious and clean. Hot tub was hot and clean. Would stay again should that opportunity arise.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Tina's home! Tina was so welcoming and offered flexible check-in/out times. She also left a bottle of wine for us in the fridge. The home is in a beautiful, rural part of Sonoma. It's such a peaceful and private location, but close to everything! We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons above the backyard in the morning and going on walks/runs from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I can't wait to come back with my family!

We enjoyed are stay at Dave's AirBNB. We were attending a wedding and the location was very convenient for us to attend all the wedding events. This being our first time staying at an AirBNB we had a couple questions during our stay. Dave was always quick to respond and assist with our questions.

The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

The home was perfect for our friend group of 7 people. We enjoyed the pool greatly during the October heatwave. We enjoyed the kitchen as we made a few meals at the house and it had everything we needed. Jerry was quick to respond if we had any questions at all although there were rarely any questions since he did such a great job checking us in and showing us around. Would definitely recommend for a family or friend trip. And I would absolutely stay again!

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

Bill was the most gracious, proactive host. We loved the house and he communicated with us throughout the process. The only 2 things we didn't love was the really windy, narrow road. And we expected a huge walkable garden which definitely wasn't the case. Its on a steep hill with no walkable garden. The upstairs balcony has great views and so do most all the rooms. Great home. Great host.

This cottage in the vineyard was a little gem that provided the most beautiful backyard space for hosting our friends and family who were visiting Sonoma to attend my daughter's wedding. The raised bed gardens and vineyards that literally surrounded us were so welcoming and comforting and drew us outside for most of our stay. The house itself gave all the comforts of home and conveniences you would expect, was clean, and, close to the town, which we walked to several times. The cottage gave us the experience we wanted when visiting Sonoma and we felt the charm, character and history as well as gracious and friendly people wherever we visited. The Casita was an added bonus space with privacy and was a perfect space for my daughter, and now, husband to stay. Thank you for making our time there a memorable one and for the experience that made us feel we were literally in another country.

Yutai’s place was great for a longer stay of nearly three weeks, it has a well-equipped kitchen and nicely appointed sleeping and living areas. Very handily located with restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and has laundry facilities which came in useful, host was helpful and responsive, would recommend!

The place was SUPER cute, we were really enamored with the space-- and Amy made it super easy for check in. The house is nicely decorated, clean, a bit dated but everything is cute! The weather was amazing as well. Nearby is the Marina Grill and my partner and I enjoyed brunch and mimosas nearby ( totally walkable if wanted) Overall, easy to get to, smooth process and I appreciated Amy's communication!

We were very pleased with our 5 nights stay in the area. The neighborhood was safe and easily walkable to a grocery complex, coffee shop, some restaurants, massage parlor. A short drive to another district had many restaurants. 20 or so minutes from Pier 39/Alcatraz. Another short drive to Golden Gate Park/bridge. The owners gave us maps and directions to places that we wanted to go. The host were very responsive with any questions or concerns. The host live upstairs, but it was very quiet our whole stay. We took an Uber everywhere we went and we did try the self driving cars Waymo twice. We are very happy with the drives. Overall, we thought the cost for them both were very reasonable. We also saw the painted ladies, the Chinese tea garden, botanical gardens, road to the cable cars, went to San Francisco, military cemetery, Chrissy Park, and a walking tour of Chinatown/Little Italy and all were quite close. The garden area in back of the Airbnb was peaceful & cozy. Would stay again!

The home is beautiful inside and out. It was such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the fenced backyard for our dogs - we enjoyed walking around the yard (it is as big as some small parks!) and let them enjoy the grass while we enjoyed the views of the ocean and hearing the waves crash and pelicans fly at our eye level! Only a few steps to get into the home was easy enough for my elderly mother as well. This is a perfect location to explore the surrounding areas too - we visited Los Gatos, San Francisco, Point Reyes Station, and stopped by the Apple visitor center. Pacifica and HMB had great choices for coffee and breakfasts to get us going on our day journeys. If we could live there - we would! I know we will be dreaming of the views from the living room for a long time. Hope to come back soon! Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

We had a really nice stay. We were in the area for a wedding and this was a nice alternative to staying in a hotel. The place is beautiful with a really nice and cozy backyard.

This was one of the best places I have stayed. First, of all the Host very informative and responds quickly. Great Host! Second, the place is beautiful very spacious. Great place to relax and enjoy your family and friends. The backyard is beautiful. The neighbors are wonderful as well. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to many stores and also not too far from downtown. Highly recommend this place!

Ranjita was amazing host for our trip to Napa and San Francisco. We absolutely loved staying in her beautiful home. All of her decor and layout made it possible for us to have a place to relax and unwind after sight seeing and venturing. This is the perfect place to stay if you need to be near the airport or San Francisco. Very clean , spacious and comfortable.

Peter's Airbnb was even more beautiful in person than on the listing! It has a very relaxing, cozy, and calming atmosphere with beautiful decorations. There are trails to walk around on the property that have beautiful views and beautiful plants. I had this Airbnb for a work-trip for only 3 nights, but wished I could've stayed much longer!

Came to Napa with five friends. The house was beautiful and perfect for us. Each had their own bed and two bathrooms to share. We loved the walkable neighborhood and surroundings. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and wine tasting venues. Our host Chris was very communicative and helpful all along the way in helping us find a driver from the airport and wineries. And was accommodating in letting us check in a little early. I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay. Thank you for making our once a year get together a huge success!

This was the best place we could've stayed at for our trip to Sonoma. We utilized Barry's recommendations of restaurants in the area every day and they were all spot on! Great location, and great host.
