Wortshaus: Illustration & Ferienwohnung mit Sauna

Die Ferienwohnung (seit Mitte Juli 2020) ist klein, liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet mit lehmverputzten Wänden, handgestrichenen Ziegeln auf dem Fußboden, Lieblingsbildern und -möbeln. Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

Charmante maison à 40 km de la mer Baltique

Neben einem alten Pfarrhaus haben wir ein kleines Nebengelass individuell für uns, für Freunde und Gäste ausgebaut. Manches ist modern, anderes hat noch den Charme vergangener Zeiten. Vieles erscheint uns stimmig, einiges ist noch im Werden. Nix ist also Standard. Was noch nicht von uns bedacht und für Gäste sinnvoll ist, kann meist schnell ergänzt werden. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten an der Ackerkante, liegt also in einem kleinen, landwirtschaftlich aktiven Dorf.

Ferienhaus Paula für 2 Personen

Das sehr kleine, aber sehr urige und gemütliche Ferienhaus Paula hat 2 Schlafplätze im Schlafboden, ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC sowie einen kleinen Wohnraum und eine schöne Küche. Zum Haus gehört eine Terrasse unter dem Walnussbau, ferner ein schöner Garten. Wegen Bettenwechsel in der Saison grundsätzlich 15.00 Uhr Eincheckzeit, 10.00 Uhr Auscheckzeit, geht natürlich auch nach Vereinbarung entspannter! Keine Haustiere, es fallen Extrakosten für Bettwäsche und Strom (im Winter) an.

Ferienwohnung am Ostseekino

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Hause „Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 40 qm groß. Sie haben einen separaten Eingang, eine Terrasse und einen Außenkamin. Für unsere Gäste spendieren wir 2 Besuche im Ostseekino. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über WLAN und besteht aus 2 Wohnräumen und Bad mit Badewanne. Entfernungen: -ca. 150 Meter Luftlinie bis zum Strand -ca. 60 Meter bis zum Supermarkt/Bäcker -ca. 10 Minuten bis zu Bahnhof

Fred og ro, i smagfuld bolig

Denne unikke bolig har sin helt egen stil. Hovedhuset er den gamle Lyngfogde bolig, lejligheden ligger i en tilstødende bygning, med egen indgang og parkering. Lejligheden har en fantastiske udsigt til marker og Horreby Lyng som er et helt unik område. Der er rigt dyreliv på og omkring ejendommen, med fasaner, harer, dådyr og masser af fugle. Hesnæs strand ligger ca 7 km væk, og Corselitze gods og skovdistrikt, hvor der er mulighed for skønne vandreture ligge ca 5 km væk.

Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

Whether by the water, on the apple tree or in the grass, everyone will find their favorite spot here! Our holiday farm has a 20,000 m² waterfront property with its own water access, jetty and boat rental. Rowing boat 6€/hour or 24€/day and electric boat 50 or 60€/day (reserve if necessary). At the rear there are 3 log houses, in front a group house for 20 people and a small holiday apartment. Each log cabin has its own parking space directly at the house.

This cosy holiday home is peacefully located in scenic surroundings in Denmark’s southernmost holiday area. It features an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, convection oven, four ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster and dishwasher. Two smart TVs with Netflix and Prime Video – please use your own account.

Charmerende rødt træhus tæt på skøn sandstrand

Islevhuset er et hyggeligt og personligt indrettet feriehus til familien på 2 voksne og 2-3 børn. Kun 400 meter fra Gedesbys skønne og børnevenlige sandstrand. Der er 2 terasser - en åben foran, og en overdækket fra soveværelset. Der er buske og træer der skærmer hele huset rundt. I denne dejlige ferieby finder du den skønneste ro og natur. Tilbring dine sommerdage med lange gåture på stranden og grill om aftenen på terassen.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
