This idyllic escape features your own private heated 12m indoor pool, hot tub and gym, 2 luxurious king size bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. The beautiful sitting room, with open-plan living-dining and new kitchen make the "Barn" an ideal property for a family or group of friends. In the heart of Solihull, walks to Knowle pubs/restaurants are on the doorstep, while Warwick and Stratford-u-Avon are nearby.

The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

The Shippen

The Shippen can sleep up to 4 people making it the perfect holiday retreat for family or friends. The interior of The Shippen is a combination of original features with a contemporary influence. The high-spec fully fitted kitchen leads seamlessly into a spacious dining area and comfy lounge with a feature wood burning stove for those cosy evenings in.

Doe Bank, Great Washbourne

Our guest house is set in it's own garden on our family farm, with beautiful views of Bredon hill and surrounding Gloucestershire countryside. There are three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a sitting/living room. There is a small kitchenette in the main living area, with fridge, oven, hobs, and sink. This allows guests to make their own light meals and hot drinks. Guest have use of a patio with seating, outside fire and hot tub. The pool is available 9am- 5pm August until 8th September.

Serafina cottage is part of a 200yr old grade two listed barn conversion in a small rural hamlet in Herefordshire. It comes with its own car port parking, garden, private decking area and hot tub. It’s perfect for couples to relax or a small family to get out and about. There is plenty of local woodland walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for? Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The Hay Trailer, St Catherine Stays, Bath.

The Hay Trailer is a hand crafted wooden cabin built on a reclaimed hay trailer. It is a cosy, light and homely space situated in the sought after destination of St Catherine's, an area of outstanding natural beauty, unspoilt and private. Guests have exclusive use of a private hot tub at an extra cost. See the details below. There is a pet fee of £20 for each pet. There is possible pool access for extra cost in summer months. The Chapel - A Hidden Gem with Private Pool & Bar

The Chapel is set in a tranquil rural location in the heart of Staffordshire’s countryside. The property is ideal for family and friends to relax and enjoy the Pool and Sauna and then finish off cocktails at the bar and then snuggle up and watch a movie. The Property is within easy access of the M6 and a short into Stone Town Centre which has lovely bars and restaurants. Moodershall Oaks Spa is close by to book a relaxing massage.
