Our charming 2 bedrooms/1 bath duplex is located in central Davis.. Within walking distance (15-20 minutes) to downtown Davis and UC Davis depending on destination. It has internet, a comfortable king sized bed and a full sized bed . A large dinner table and a fully functioning kitchen (no dishwasher). The bathroom is stocked with toiletries. There is a washer/dryer. We might be flexible with check in/out time. Also if there are blocked dates, we might be able to open them, please ask.

Our separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled backyard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops located here.The Davis food Co-op and the famous Saturday morning farmers market are both with-in walking distance. This house has an updated kitchen with the basic cooking necessities. Get a good nights sleep in the comfortable bedrooms after relaxing on the rear screened-in porch.
