The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Take a break and unwind in our little piece of heaven. Very cozy and relaxing. Located across the street on the Great Sacandaga Lake. Lake access is a short 2 minute walk or our golf cart is available during summer rentals. The brakes work but do not lock so you have to park perpendicular to road so it doesn’t roll. Majestic mountain marina is 2 miles away offering boat and kayak rentals. Winter months there is ice fishing and skiing mountains.

The Lazy Bear Cabin is the perfect place for a couple’s getaway, trip with friends, or family trip. Relax and make some memories at this peaceful place to stay. At 1,650 square feet, it’s not too big and not too small. We have 10 feet of private lake access on The Great Sacandaga lake with a dock! 3 Kayaks are provided for guest use during the summer months. Cozy up around the firepit by the house at the end of each day!
