Spend time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and also with a view of our giant pool. It's the best place for people watching! Also enjoy many flocks of Pelicans flying by the unit each day.

We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

This is a single family home with a attached apartment separate entrance. I live in the main part of the house. Your space is a separate apartment. 1 bedroom with a king bed. On the other side of your house is a Livingroom with a couch bed.
