Scandinavian Cabin in the Pines w/Sauna & River

NO SERVICE FEES! This Scandinavian-inspired cabin is nestled in a 40-year-old Red Pine Tree Plantation. Built by 2 best friends, it is constructed almost entirely by local lumber. The cabin sits across the street from the gently flowing Pine River. Sweat away your adventures in the sauna, relax by the fire pit, or float the river. If you're a biker, we are 2 miles from the Paul Bunyan trail and 45 minutes from the Cuyuna Lakes MTB Trails. We allow 1 well-trained pet under 40lbs with approval.

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

Lakefront cabin with plenty of deck space to soak up the sun and a sandy lake for great swimming! Two kayaks available for use at no extra charge. Roast s'mores at the fire pit or explore nearby downtown Grand Rapids just minutes away. Comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 3 bedrooms; 2 queen bedrooms and a full/twin bunk bed. Swim, fish, hike, mountain bike in the summer, hunt in the fall, cross county ski the Suomi hills in the winter and mushroom hunt and fish in the spring. A great place to get away from it all.
