Travel Trailer "Sunset Beach" sits on 435’ of Lake Michigan shoreline next to the boat launch at Fairport Fishery. This waterfront location is located in the scenic fishing village of Fairport, Michigan, roughly 5 miles South of Fayette State Park. The travel trailer is located on a vacant lakefront lot (between our home and Fairport Fishery (including boat launch and fish processing facility). It is THE prime launch spot for King Salmon fishing. Fairport is the outdoor enthusiasts' paradise!

Cook with Iron Skillets and enjoy the lake and waterfalls and hiking and trails and beautiful colors . The lake is clear and you can see fish jumping out of the water . Up North is amazing area and breathless enjoy my guest !!! The Cabin is on lakefront property with a dock and the beach is across the lake. Miners Beach is 30 min away and Pictured Rocks.Cabin has all amenities.

Lake Michigan beach and boat access 5 minutes away. 45 minutes to Pictured Rocks, 20 minutes to Kitch iti kipi, 25 minutes to La Fayette State Park. 12v batteries supply a bit of power and a few lights. Pets are welcome except on beds and futon :) Silverware, utensils, propane and firewood provided. You'll need ice, food, and drinking water.

The large picture windows and back yard patio overlook the Escanaba Country Club Golf Course (although there is not direct access from the yard.) Enjoy the spacious rooms, fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar and comfortable bedding. There is a queen bed in each bedroom and a daybed with trundle in the den. In the summer, enjoy the very private patio for your morning coffee or and the serenity of the evening.

This home features 2 beds, 1.5 baths, and one sofa bed to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Completely remodeled 2022.
