This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Within walking distance to all the shopping and dining that the historic downtown Square has to offer as well as to the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University, our place is bright and peaceful with two separate bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub and shower, a game room, full kitchen, laundry room, backyard with fire pit, and the quintessential Denton front porch to just sit on and watch the world go by.

Quick 30 min. drive from DFW Airport. Abundant amounts of recreation - adjacent to Pilot Knoll Park with; Horse Trails, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Place is lake-front! Only minutes from Denton's art, culture and phenomenal music scene. 35 min from Dallas. GREAT lake view of moon and sunrises. PVT fenced courtyard. Incl: free use of our kayaks and paddleboard. Presumptuously writing in first-person in a section usually reserved for historic-this or convenient-that, I know for whom I created this home. Well, first, myself: I lived here—before I joined my parents down the block. Second, however, I created this home for you: The guest on a budget (fuck cleaning fees) with plans in Denton's best neighborhood. I love my home. A lot. And I think you will, too.
