Our cozy, 1920's home is located in the Cathedral district in Joliet. 3 minutes away from the Haley Mansion and 6 minutes away from the Jacob Henry Mansion. You get the whole main floor for yourself and your guest(s) with your own entrance through the front door that has a keypad door lock. I, along with my two mini dachshund puppies, stay in the basement. We have our own entrance through the back. You can park right outside on the street. So there is plenty of parking.

Engler’s Escape - Bear Den

Take it easy at this rustic, unique, and tranquil getaway located right along the Kankakee River. Guests have access to the river on-site down a nearby path. This cottage features a small, private deck. Close to all the town amenities but on the outskirts for a peaceful, natural setting. If the occasional fly, spider, mosquito, etc. bothers you, this probably is not a good fit as we have many trees on the property.

This tiny house is located three walking blocks from the Village of Utica. Located on the edge of a hayfield, guests will be able to watch deer in the evening and see the chickens free range the farm. The silo is attached to the tiny house and creates a master bedroom. Kitchenette, queen bed and a bathroom give guest privacy while being close to town.
