The house worked very well for our large family. In particular, the kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and well arranged. We fit everyone around the dining table. The living room fireplace is a nice touch; we wish the fireplace would have worked in the small family room, too. With four bedrooms and the loft, there is plenty of sleeping space. It would be nice to have another bathroom, but at least all the bathrooms have a shower. The kitchen has everything you need for food prep and lots of counter space. AvantStay says there is a drip coffee maker, but there is a Keurig as well; it would have been good to know that before we arrived. We parked one car in the garage; we could have parked two. That brings us to the pool/hot tub. AvantStay should say up front how much extra you pay to have the pool heated. Given the price of the rental, a heated pool should be included. One more nit to pick: The TVs take some learning. Apps should be up to date. Overall, a great home.

Beautiful place! Close to Mt. bachelor and Bend. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. They have bikes in the garage for you to use. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect house for two families. The upstairs bunk room was great for kids to hang out! Right across from the tennis/pickleball courts which was super fun. Only 12 minute bike ride to Sunriver village.

Great spot for spring break with the family! Awesome location for getting to all of the hikes, bike paths, pool, village, etc. We all loved this rental and will definitely be back.

David was awesome. House is very functional. Great loft for the kids to play in. I made a scheduling error and David was very gracious in helping make our stay work. One of our guests also left some glasses behind and he had the cleaners keep an eye out for them. Super easy and responsive host.

Beautifully kept home with all the amenities of location, easy walking neighborhood and town. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and bath. We felt very comfortable, pups too.

We’ve been staying in Sunriver annually since the 80s, and this was one of our favorites! Very clean, spacious, family friendly. The house was perfect for our family of 10. Big kitchen, living space, huge bedrooms and playroom downstairs. The kids bedrooms had AMAZING bunk bed forts that made it all so fun! Garage had many bikes, a pool table, air hockey, basketball….everything you could want. Hot tub was hot and very clean. Steps from the North Store which was very convenient. Heidi (the host) was very responsive and friendly. We will stay here again for sure!

This house and location is phenomenal! Park like setting and luxurious house. Everything was perfect for our crew we cooked lots of meals. Mt Bachelor is about 40min away from this house which was great. Recommend staying here!!'

This Airbnb was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows were fantastic and as such we slept well. The water pressure was AMAZING! And the heating worked well when needed. The complex was quiet and peaceful, yet very close and convenient to anything we needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

The hosts offer a clean and comfortable place, minutes from Bend's downtown and neighborhoods. We could walk down to the Deschutes river trail, or walk to get a few beers and food. Also the location cut the drive to the Mt Bachelor by a few minutes. Had a great time.

Fran and Frank's place was quiet, peaceful, well-appointed, and comfortable. The setting is fantastic! Mt. Bachelor Village is nestled in a woody area on the south end of town, yet close to everything. The river trail (Deschutes) is just steps away from the condo. We had a couple questions during the course of our stay; Fran was very responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We'd definitely consider staying here again next time we're in the area.

great place to stay for a 3 day ski weekend. The place was clean & spacious. The kitchen was great for cooking and the location was perfect for us heading to mt bachelor every day vs if we stayed in bend we would have had a further drive to ski. Anne was great on communication and we had a lovely stay!

Very nice living space……nicely furnished……close to paths and hiking opportunities. Easy to relax in after busy days!

This Airbnb was wonderful. The only negative remark I have is that the carpet throughout the Airbnb was pretty filthy. My 11 month old crawled throughout the home and had the nastiest dirt stains on his knees, feet, and hands. If you are not crawling on your hands and knees, this is a great spot! Would caution those with little ones, though.
