Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Hotel quality beds that will allow for a great nights sleep.

Descanse en nuestra apartamento estudio. Se queda en el jardín detras de nuestra casa y tendrá acceso privado a todos los comodidades incluyendo: area de hacer ejercicios, dos patios, chimenea, y un laguito/estanque. El apartamento fue terminado en abril 2023. Tiene una cocina completa, piso de madera, y techos altos. Se puede caminar hasta la universidad y es ideal para los padres y exalumnos de Tarleton.

Beautiful waterfront cabin on Proctor Lake. House offers 1 bedroom, with a unique queen over 2 twin XL bunk bed. The sofa folds out into a queen, also. House has been updated with modern features, and has an exceptional view. The water is just a short walk, down the hill. There is a chain link fence, to provide a safe environment for children.

Pets are allowed. There is a $50.00 one time cleaning fee. Crate is required. We clean and sanitize the cottage after every guest. Sanitizing the entire cottage, bathroom and kitchen areas, every surface you touch (lamps, handles, light switch and door knobs). (see photos).
