Der Blick reicht bis zum "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" und das Grundstück geht bis zu den Gleisen auf denen die Sonnenland Draisinen unterwegs sind. Auf der Terrasse kann man das Leben bei einer Kaffeekreation genießen, die Du Dir gratis aus der Kaffeemaschine ziehen kannst. Was will man mehr?

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Waterfront - Erste Reihe am Wasser - mit E-Boot

Pfahlbauten stehen auf Pfählen im Wasser und sind mit mit Boot aber auch über Steg erreichbar. Wohnen mitten im Schilf. In den 1970/80ern errichtet, damals ohne Strom und nur mit Gaslampen sind meine Hütten mittlerweile auf modernen Stand gebracht. Glamorous Camping wird der Trend genannt, eine Mischung aus einfach, aber doch mit Komfort. Nicht ganz billig, aber es ist auch eine verrückte /teure Idee Holzhütten ins Wasser zu stellen. Aber eine bleibende Reiseerinnerung!

Direkt vor dem auf mehr als 2000 m2 großen Grundstück finden Sie eine faszinierende Tierwelt, die Graurinder und Wasserbüffel weiden direkt vor dem Grundstück auf dem das Haus steht.
